Dear Sumangalians,

MUSICAL PROGRAMME - "NISALA SARA"

The Junior Old Boys' Association of Sri Sumangala College, Panaudra has planned to stage a Musical Programme on January 05, 2008 at 6.30 pm at the Town Hall, Panadura. Well - known singers Mr. Edward Jayakodi, Chief Instructor, Music Education, Ministry of Education, Ms. Deepika Priyadharshani Peiris and Mr. Mervin Perera will participate the programme. Music will conduct by our old boy and a famous musician Mr. Thissasiri Pepera.

The aim of the presentation of musical programme is to raise funds to establish and develop an Orchestra in our Alma Mater.

A sum of Sixty Five Thousand Rupees (65,000/-) will have to be paid for the three singers, and performances of the orchestra, which will support the singers, will have to be paid sum of Forty Five Thousand Rupees (45,000/-). Apart from that, for sound equipments and stage sets will have to be paid sum of Thirty Thousand Rupees (30,000/-).

Old Sumangalians and public who represent Medical field, Engineering, Social Service, Entrepreneurship, Armed Forces, and variety of other fields will be sure to attend, and it will be a very fertile place to advertise your business.

Your esteemed sponsorship of this programme will enable us to justify our wish, as well as establish an Orchestra in Sri Sumangala College, Panadura, which will bring up the hidden talents of at least a number of students, who could develop their talents activities in musical Performances.
